Fully Kitted Weapon

A fully kitted Legendary Devotion LMG.

Fully kitted weapons, or fully-kitted weapons, are Legendary weapons that spawn with all of their highest level attachments, but those attachments cannot be removed. There is no performance difference between a fully kitted weapon and a weapon that has been fully-kitted manually. The roster of fully kitted weapons rotates every season.

Fully kitted weapons have a 79% chance to spawn in hot zones marked on any map, even if only one can spawn in a given hot zone, or in map-specific loot sources such as loot ticks, cargo bots and loot MRVNs. Some very specific unnamed areas on Kings Canyon and Olympus also have a higher chance of spawning high tier loot, including fully kitted weapons.

A fully kitted Epic R-301 Carbine.

• Although they have appeared in alternative gamemodes, the fully kitted L-STAR and R-99 have never appeared in standard loot pools.
• As it has always been a Care Package weapon, the Kraber has never appeared as a fully kitted weapon in any context.
• Prior to Season 6, Supply Drop Weapons were gold just like fully kitted weapons. The term "gold weapon" could refer to either, and they both spawned in the LTM Gold Rush Duos, a game mode with only gold weapons. Respawn later upgraded the rarity of Supply Drop Weapons from Legendary to Mythic to differentiate the two, and now "gold weapon" is only used for fully kitted weapons.
• The Airdrop Escalation Takeover introduced Rare and epic fully kitted weapons. They are essentially just regular fully kitted weapons but with weaker attachments. Fully kitted weapons in the LTM are also given stars based on their rarity: Rare has two stars, epic has three stars, and Legendary has four stars.
• On April 01, 2020, the Mozambique Shotgun was upgraded to Legendary tier for a day only. It came pre-equipped with a 1x Digital Threat optic, had 9 shots per magazine, double the fire rate of a Shotgun Bolt, and 20 damage per pellet. Hammerpoint Rounds temporarily removed as its attachment.
• For the Locked and Loaded Takeover LTM, Season 8 fully kitted weapons also spawn in neutral Care Packages along with normal Care Package Weapons.
